Who We Are
JewishCalifornia is a statewide coalition initiative of the Israeli-American Civic Action Network (ICAN). We coordinate parent groups, educators, and grassroots pro-Israel organizations — connecting local advocates with the resources, strategy, and statewide network they need to win.
What We Do
JewishCalifornia serves as a hub for California’s pro-Israel grassroots. We track emerging threats, share intelligence across groups, coordinate rapid response to local and statewide issues, and mobilize our network when it counts. When a school board, city council, or state legislator takes aim at our communities, we make sure they hear from all of us.
Our Approach
California is home to the largest population of Israelis outside of Israel. What happens here sets the tone for the rest of the country, from K-12 curriculum battles to state-level foreign policy. A coordinated pro-Israel movement in California isn’t optional. It’s essential.
